Tracking Your Cycle And Listening To Your Body

Tracking your cycle is one of the best things you can do to keep tabs on how you are feeling throughout your month.

Watch the video and then use this worksheet to help you through. Even if you don't have a cycle anymore, we are connected to the moon and so the moon has a monthly cycle so you can track it though that. Our bodies are incredible.

First we are going to dive into the Menstrual Cycle and its phases. We as born females will all have a cycle unless you have had surgery or going or gone through the menopause.

​

The menstrual cycle can throw up all sorts of thoughts and feelings so use this tool to really help you connect to your body and mind. Allow your partner into this area of your life and allow them to understand what you are going through as a women who is cycling.

Use the worksheet below to really come into your own here. Again, its all about going into this finding your inner being by turning inward and finding the answers for the outside world, including your relationship.
